Villa Sarah represents the first generation of women within S:H:E.. In keeping with tradition, the Villa was named after a woman, in this case Sarah, the original owner’s wife, who first inspired the Villa’s creation.
Beyond a legacy of ornate splendour.
BEYOND EXTRAORDINARY
S:H:E. pays tribute to a legacy of exclusivity, inherent to its privileged location and architectural heritage. The original Villa Sarah was designed in 1899 by the already famous French architect Gaston Landeck.

A picturesque chalet of neoclassical architecture, Villa Sarah is reminiscent of the palaces from which it was originally inspired, showcasing a cornucopia of the most exquisite ornamental workmanship.

Its facade displays one-of-a-kind decorative friezes and panels with vegetalistic motifs, windows and columns crowned with neoclassical pediments, and grand terraces, bordered by impressive stone banisters, facing the ocean.

The interior rooms exhibit beautifully adorned high-ceilings and doors, wood panelling seamlessly crafted to resemble marble, an extravagant showstopping fireplace, characteristic of the arts and crafts movement of the 20th century, in addition to an impressive solid wood staircase.

All these enchanting architectural and decorative attributes have been restored with the utmost care, and newly highlighted as Villa Sarah has been reborn.
Villa Sarah is the epitome of palatial heritage and ornate grandeur.
Villa Sarah’s unique history and architectural pedigree are now enriched by a fully modernised and luxurious living experience.

Villa Sarah has been ingeniously transformed into 3 showstopping apartments, boasting mesmerising ocean views, private heated pools, spacious balconies and exquisitely manicured gardens, all while embracing the exceptional design and character of the original building and its surroundings.
